1.个人经历:

李冲,2007年获得郑州大学学士学位,获得保送资格于2010年获得郑州大学硕士学位。2013年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所超晶格国家重点实验室,获凝聚态物理学博士学位。2013年7月到郑州大学物理工程学院工作。期间于2015年11月至2016年11月,在美国犹他大学材料科学工程系访学一年。

 

2.研究方向:

先后从事薄膜量子生长与调控,低维半导体纳米结构的外延生长与调控, 半导体掺杂机制研究。目前主要兴趣在二维异质结moire pattern的形成机制和拓扑绝缘体边缘态的调控研究。

3.代表性成果:

 

主持国家自然科学青年基金一项(11304288),中国博士后科学基金(2014M552009),河南省博士后科学基金一等资助(2013001)。郑州大学首届优秀青年教师发展基金(1421317051)。发表SCI论文24篇,第一作者或通讯作者12篇,PRL 1篇,APL 5篇,JPCC 3篇,单篇最高引用82次,他引二百次以上。
